This guide will help you learn how to read/write data from/to Openbravo ERP without any custom coding.

Configuration

To gain access to Openbravo tables, please do the following:

  1. Drag-and-drop the connector for Openbravo to Apatar's work panel.

  2. Double-click on the connector.
  3. Choose the type of the database at the backend of your ERP system (either Oracle or PostgreSQL)

  4. Fill in the authorization details (user name, password, and host name or address)
  5. If necessary, change the port number.

  6. Click Next.
  7. The list of Openbravo tables occurs. Make a selection and choose the table you would like to extract data from or write data to.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Select the mode in which the transformation should run. (Click here to read about the difference between the modes.) If you select the Update mode, please also select the field(s) from the list that should be used as primary keys to define if a record already exists in the data target.
Make sure you map the fields selected as primary keys to input fields in an operation connecting your data source and data target.
  10. Click Finish.

If necessary, you can preview the data entries. To do so, right-click on the connector and choose "Preview Results".

Now you can integrate your Openbravo ERP with other data sources.
