I have a Salesforce.com custom object that I want to delete all records before inserting new records (insert mode with "clear selected table before insert checkbox" checked). The object has about 8000 records. When the data map runs, only 2000 records are deleted, and then the new records are inserted, leaving me with 14000 records (the 6000 remaining original records and the newly inserted 8000).

Is this a limitation of Apatar/Salesforce.com or is there something I'm doing wrong?

Hi,

Most probably it is a bug. However SF also have limitation on API call per day, it depends on the account you have. Please check settings.

We are on unlimited edition and is well under the daily API request limit. It is a sandbox- does that make any difference? What settings should I check?
