Can't Run Apatar - Instance already running?

Hi - I have downloaded and installed Apatar in a Windows 7 environment - when I try to run it, I get an eror message that an instance is already running, but I cannot pick this up anywhere I did a reboot, but probelm exists - can anyone help?

Hi Bryan;

I had the same problem until....right-click on the "application" in the Start menu and "run as administrator." Should be good to go after that...
