Hello,

Could you please provide more details on what you're trying to do?

For this kind of error you need to go to Debug - Show Error and click Clear.

Regards,
Sergei

I started the application after installing it, got the Apatar Registration window. After filling out my user name and password, and also details of the proxy server, I clicked OK and got a Message window with the text "color:red" and an OK button, clicking on which brought me back to the Apatar Registration window.

Installed 1.12.12 today and below is the content of the debug_output.txt file, looks like the application is sending my Apatar user name to the proxy server:

Hello,

The error you provided says that you are using proxy server and trying to connect to it but connection failed. Please check your proxy server settings and enter correct credentials in Apatar (in registration window).

Regards,
Sergei

I did enter the correct credentials for our proxy server but, as I said in my previous post, it looked like the Apatar application was sending my Apatar user name to our proxy server, not the proxy server user name that I had entered.

We just tested the same situation and could not reproduce your issue. Again please pay your attention to the following error:

Code:
<img src=http://www.nabgroup.com.au/images/NABGroup/logos/national.gif>
</span>
</div>
<p class="access"> Access Denied </br>
<span class="accessMsg"> Your credentials could not be authenticated: "The specified domain is not trusted.". You will not be permitted access until your credentials can be verified.</br>
This is typically caused by an incorrect username and/or password, but could also be caused by network problems. </span> </p>
<div id="message">
<p> ALL INTERNET ACCESS IS MONITORED AND LOGGED</P>
<p class="time"> Time and Date: <span class="currentTime">23:12:33 2010-07-22</span></p>
<p class="ip"> Your IP address: <span class="ipNumber">10.16.36.21</span> </p>
<p class ="user"> Your username: <span class="userName"></span></p>
<p class="url"> Website: <span class="website">http://www.apatarforge.org/index.php</span></p>
</div>

<p class="accessRequest">The error "Access Denied" has occured. If the resource you are attempting to access</br>
is critical to your position, please contact your Service Centre on ext. 60000 or International : +61 3 8641 0000</p>
</div>

Please check with administrator if you authorized to connect to the proxy server via third party tools like Apatar.

Regards,
Sergei

Does Apatar use a specific port to communicate?
