Certainly, we have plans to develop a connector for Siebel CRM/Oracle CRM On Demand, but, unfortunately, we do not have any documentation (API, WSDL, developers guides) and do not have these CRMs themselves, and do not have contributors who would like to provide us with such information.

If you have any information mentioned above we would appreciate it if you could provide us with it. You may contact me via email.
