We just tested the same situation and could not reproduce your issue. Again please pay your attention to the following error:

Please check with administrator if you authorized to connect to the proxy server via third party tools like Apatar.

I did enter the correct credentials for our proxy server but, as I said in my previous post, it looked like the Apatar application was sending my Apatar user name to our proxy server, not the proxy server user name that I had entered.

The error you provided says that you are using proxy server and trying to connect to it but connection failed. Please check your proxy server settings and enter correct credentials in Apatar (in registration window).

Post subject: Error starting v1.12.11
I started the application after installing it, got the Apatar Registration window. After filling out my user name and password, and also details of the proxy server, I clicked OK and got a Message window with the text "color:red" and an OK button, clicking on which brought me back to the Apatar Registration window.

Could you please provide more details on what you're trying to do?
For this kind of error you need to go to Debug - Show Error and click Clear.
